Discovery NotesPhage was discovered on September 17, 2024, at 7:55 a.m. in damp soil outside my apartment in a garden. The sample was collected using gloves and a ziplock bag. There had been rain at this location the night prior.
Naming NotesWhen we examined the phage's morphology, we decided it looked semi-curly, which led Jazmin and Alex to decide that CurlyShirley would be a great name for it.
