Discovery Notes | We found the soil from the bank of Lake Arthur on the west side and it is directly in line with the three flag poles on Luger Field. The area was fairly rocky and there were green trees around the lake and also many weeds. The soil was dark and damp, clay like, with small roots in it. The soil was taken on September 2, 2014 at 3:43pm and the weather was partly cloudy and around 72 degrees F. |
