Discovery NotesSoil collected by Jeff Walrod from the Blue Mountain Trailhead in Missoula, Michigan at the main entrance that gets lots of use from people and dogs. The best incubation temperature is room temperature. BSTE and SacI cut its DNA well. The other phage isolated from this soil is Taj14.
