Discovery Notes | This phage was isolated from a sample of soil near Cataldo Hall at Gonzaga University. There was no vegetation in the area, but it was in between grass and bush. The collection site was about 6 inches from a sidewalk and roughly half an inch deep. Soil was wet but not frozen and it was 38 degrees Fahrenheit outside. |
