Discovery NotesThe soil was collected in front of the AMC at Otay Ranch Mall, California. Soil was very dry and clumpy. Very sandy. When purifying, we found that Dvorak has to be in high concentration to have a complete plaque assay.
Naming NotesAntonin Dvorak was an incredibly humble composer from the romantic era of classical music. Unlike other composers like Beethoven and Mozart, Dvorak was never arrogant nor cocky. Much like Dvorak, this phage is very humble and "smells the roses" before spreading. This trait is admirable, but a bit tedious during purification.
