Discovery NotesThe soil where we collected the sample from was in a patch of grass near College Hall. The soil was moist because we got it a couple of hours after it rained.

Plaque NotesThe plaques we got showed that the phages were in the temperate phase because they were cloudy. In our serial dilution for our 10^-2 sample, there were 8 plaques. The biggest plaque measured about 1 cm in diameter and was cloudy around the edges but in the center it was clear.
