Discovery NotesThis area was in front of the Devos Communication Center (1810 EastBelt, Grand Rapids, 49546) in the front of the building of Calvin College. This was across 1st table closest to east beltline crossing of the college-- a corner of the 2nd parking row island kitty corner from yellow fire hydrant. Blank spot (patch) of grass. The area was blank but seemed to have semi rich soil/ dirt. Little amounts of rocks were in the soil, so the area was great on the first try.it had rained a day and a half earlier so the ground was still damp

Plaque NotesMy phage creates both larger and small plaques. For the 1st titration back they were large and the 2nd titer on they were slightly mix. It's believed that I have one phage. after the EM at MSU my phage have had a big detailed head with a very long tail. The plaques are generally foggyish.
