Discovery NotesCollected soil from a homemade compost. The soil was covered by old grass clippings and milkweed growing around it. The temperature of the collection date was 38°C with a humidity of 20%. The soil was a mixture of sand and organic matter, a few grass clippings found within. In comparison to the rest of the soil surrounding the compost, it was darker in tone and lost the iron smell that the other soil had.
Naming NotesThe name was based on Saint Ignatius of Loyola.
