Discovery Notes50 Kingston Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois backyard near a forest on 9/20/24. Soil sample was heavy and had a rich, dark brown color. Taken about two inches below the surface. I hypothesize this location as a good place to look for phages because it is near a forest with dark, moist soil for bacteria. Also, insect life suggests abundance of phages.
Naming NotesNamed after my sister.
