Discovery NotesWe were on a hunt for moist soil on a hot Texas day, but all the soil was dry. We then thought to push over a rock and get the moist soil underneath. The soil was collected on 9/11/19. The outside temperature was 26.1 degrees Celsius.
Naming NotesSometimes I felt like a baby because our soil samples were not presenting any phages. But we perservered and must remember our roots.
