| Discovery Notes | We collected a grass sample from Gonzaga University's campus. The conditions were very cold and wet and had been for the couple of months before we collected our sample. We used a spoon to dig some grass out from behind a dorm building and luckily, that sample had phage. |
| Naming Notes | Emma and Nicole have the same nursing advisor at Gonzaga University. She is amazing and we decided to name our phage Janalee (her name) in honor of her. |
