Plaque NotesOur virus has a tail length of 100 nm and a capsid head size of 40 nm.. We studied the effects of our phage on m. testaceum, g. rubri pertinea, and m. foliorum at temperatures warmer and colder than room temperature. We found the phage does not infect other species besides m. foliorum and infect less effectively at different temperatures.
