Discovery Notes | The site was by the harbor. It was collected at a grassy spot that had moist smooth soil. It was collected at a depth of about 3 inches. The soil was grassy and had roots in it. The temperature outside was about 58 degrees Fahrenheit and it was overcast. A stick found onsite was used to dig up the dirt. The collection site was about 8 ft from a paved walking pathway. |
