Discovery Notes | The soil was collected from forest land beside Woodlands Hall 5 in the SUNY Old Westbury campus. The temperature that day was 29 degrees Celsius. It was recorded that the day before there was no rain. The soil was a very dark brown and was rough and dry. It was collected from the surface under some leaves and close to grass lawns. |
