Discovery NotesI collected a soil sample on Tuesday, September 10th from my backyard near my driveway. The sample appeared very organic, with many roots and rocks in it. The sample was quite dry, as it had not rained in days. I collected from a little over and inch below the ground's surface. The temperature on that morning was 61 degrees Fahrenheit.
Naming NotesI initially wanted to name my phage Chrysanthemum, which was one of my favorite childhood books. However, the name was taken so I had to choose another.
