Discovery NotesThe soil sample from which this phage was found was dug out from the front yard of Aditi's house on a warm summer day. The soil was moist and it was found about 2 feet away from the foundation of the house but near a lot of trees, shrubs, and grass.
Naming NotesWe chose to name it LilyPhilly after our shared love for flowers and the city where we go to college.
