Discovery NotesI got the soil from ol Westbury pond when it was 64 degrees
Naming NotesThe name of my phage is Liverpool fc because its m favorite sports team and for me its very easy to remember at first I tried to use players but that was harder so decided to use the team name

Lysogeny Noteswe used enriched isolation to grow more phages.. As the bacteria grew and divided, the phages infected them, and over time, the number of phages grew through several rounds of infection and replication. This helped us collect a lot of phages for further study
Annotating InstitutionUnknown or unassigned
Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque Notesut of the several plaques we used we picked one of the plaque assays done from enriched isolation, and created serial dilutions down to 10 -4 until we saw phages that demonstrated one single morphology. Using the plaques we didn’t use to find the titer we diluted our phages to 10^-9
