Plaque Notes2mm in diameter from the small and clear plaque. There were two plaques to begin with, big and cloudy, small and clear. I isolated the small and clear and worked with that as my final plaque. 8mm in diameter from the big and cloudy. The small and clear plaque contains a very strong phage that would obliterate agar plates that would be diluted from 10^-1 to 10^-4 and begin to show individual plaques from 10^-5 to 10^-8
