Discovery NotesThe soil sample was collected at about 75 degrees Fahrenheit, it was sunny. The soil itself was not dry, however, it was not extremely wet, it was damp. I dug roughly 4 inches into the ground and there was not much debris (i.e. rocks, leaves) in the soil itself.

I collected two other samples before this before finally getting a phage in one of my samples. Not only that, but my sample had two different types of phages, but this is the one I continuously worked with.
Naming NotesI named the phage after my dog, Maximus, who we call Max for short and the second X was to meet the four character requirement.
