| Discovery Notes | Found in a potting plant next near a trash bin. It was between Welch Residence Hall and Hemmingson Center. I collected soil form a flower pot next to a trash can between Welch and Hemmingson Temperature: 6°C Soil was damp snow was on the ground, but there was no snow on top of where our sample was located Skies were sunny/it was warm outside but wind was blowing collected dirt from surface of soil soil texture was somewhat rocky and had leaves in it collected about 4 tablespoons of dirt soil was damp and cold We incubated at 22 degrees Celsius |
