Discovery NotesThe soil sample was taken from beside a river, so the sample was damp and easy to dig out. The soil sample contained some twigs and grass. A spoon was used to make the soil loose and a hole of about 2 inches was dug up. The bag used to collect the sample was then flipped inside out and used to grab a handful of soil.
Naming NotesI decided to name my phage "Moyla". I am from Bangladesh and the word "Moyla" means dirt or soil in Bengali, which is where phages are found.
