| Discovery Notes | At Gonzaga University, our phage was discovered from a soil sample close to the PACCAR Building of Applied Sciences and Luger Field. The soil sample was collected scooped from rocky soil that was on a slight incline. |
| Naming Notes | We decided to select a name for our phage based on the great Napoleon Dynamite movie. Since our phage is lytic, the dynamite represents its vicious nature and lysis. |
| Sequencing Information | |
| Sequencing Complete? | No |
| Genome length (bp) | Unknown |
| Character of genome ends | Unknown |

| Plaque Notes | Our phage is clear, circular, and lytic. The size of NDynamite is 2.5 mm by 2.5 mm or 3 mm by 3mm once it completed growing. Under a controlled environment of 37 degrees C, we received the results that NDynamite does not grow in this condition. Also, our phage is not a part of the K Cluster. |
