Discovery NotesLocation description: Institute Park, behind the tennis courts, about two feet from the pond, sunny and out in the open (no trees above it providing direct shade) with shrubbery and tall grass nearby. This location was flat, but nearby a tall hill that supplied runoff water that often pools up in this area.

Rationale for location: I believe that, being next to the pond, which is fairly stagnant water, there is a good chance of bacteria growing, and therefore bacteriophage in the area as well because phage use bacteria to replicate.
Naming NotesThere is no particular reason for the naming of this phage other than the "ph" was used instead of the usual "F" in Fredward.
