Plaque NotesWe decided to use the little plaques instead of the bigger ones due to the fact that there will be more. During this process we had to go through some bumps. There was a time where there was 2 samples that ended up as webbed. Then there was a couple of times where the plaques had some bacteria in it. But after we figured out what the issue was. Some of the plaques tended to look clear and then some have as low as 20.
