Discovery NotesCollected soil from south eastern Denton, Texas. The temperature was approximately 30.6°C at 9:24 at night. The location was slightly off the main park path under some forest underbrush. I removed the top inch of soil and discarded it then collected about the next inch of soil into my sealed plastic bag. This location seemed interesting due to the mix of inorganic and organic factors in the area. The sample seemed to be comprised of mostly clay soil with a low water content.
Naming NotesThe phage name was solely chosen for as a reference to a popular game and I thought it was fitting for a new phage.
