| Discovery Notes | The soil was on the darker side and was a moist soil. It did have some sand particles mixed in with it. The soil was collected at about 8 inches down. During the phage isolation it was very difficult because throughout the whole process the plaques were very small. |
| Naming Notes | A Ranunculus is a flower that attracts butterflies. Butterflies in my family remind us of my grandpa and have always brought us good luck! |
