| Naming Notes | As many who play tabletop roleplaying games would recognize, a phage head greatly resembles a 20-sided die (commonly known as a d20). As the 20-sided die is the most used die in these games, 'roll a d20' is a common phrase to use. One of us being a player of tabletop games, we thought it would be fun to name the phage after the d20. |
