Discovery NotesThe soil sample was retrieved on January 13th, 2020. In a grassy area with no shading throughout the day. Soil was dark black brown with clay like consistency due to snow a few days prior. Dirt was still fairly saturated, but there was no Dripping water from sample. The hole was dug about 1/4 inch deep to retrieve sample. The time was 5:47 CST and the temperature outside was 48 degrees Fahrenheit.
