Discovery Notes | Found in soil collected from a compost bin that also contained a decomposing Hawk. Seker genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry using rapid barcoding V14. The longest read was 65,527bp with 95% query cover, 97.56% identity to phage Nimrod (cluster E). |
