Discovery Notes | The soil sample was collected at a depth of 3 inches beneath the surface. Site characteristics include plant roots in soil, dry soil. Enriched isolation was performed using hosts Arthrobacter globiformis, Arthrobacter atrocyaneous, Arthrobacter sulfureus , and Arthrobacter sp. Culture was incubated with shaking for 48 hours at 30ºC.
