| Discovery Notes | This was mud and pond water together in a sample. After enriching our sample we though there might have been a snail in it but we never learned for sure. |

| Plaque Notes | There were times when our plaque morphology would be clear in the center but the turbid around. In the beginning we would have very small plaques (~1cm) and after more rounds of purification our plaques would get bigger (~2-3 cm). We did an experiment were we tested our plaque growth. By looking at our TEM image our capsid heads were 50nm and our tails were 150 nm. |
