Discovery NotesCollected soil from southeastern Denton Texas at a dog park. The exact coordinates were 33.15654°N, 97.11725°W. These were the following conditions during the collection:

TIME: 12:39 pm

TEMPERATURE: 38°

WEATHER: Drizzling/raining

HUMIDITY: 100%

The location of the collection can be described as a small forested area with patches of grass. I dug out around 3/4 inches from the surface of the ground with a spoon and put it in my plastic ziploc bag. As it was very humid and rainy, the soil was very moist at the time of collection.
Naming NotesIt sounds like cookie monster but with soil.
