Discovery NotesThis phage is sensitive to phage buffer. When placed in phage buffer it either dies or the concentration decreases significantly. So far the concentration is too low to titer or calculate the titer so many liquid infections have been done to try and ramp up the concentration.
Naming NotesThe most difficult part of the phage isolating and DNA extraction process has been getting a stable webbed plate to flood so I thought that naming it Spiderman would be appropriate.
