Discovery NotesMy phage was collected from moist dirt under a tree near an active road on Western Kentucky University's campus in Bowling Green Kentucky.
Naming NotesAs a passionate fan of Disney Pixar's greatest masterpiece Cars, I wanted to find a way to incorporate the main character Lightning Mcqueen's name into my phage. Throughout the movie Lightning Mcqueen gets the nickname "stickers" for having stickers in place of headlights and I chose that nickname to be the title of my phage along with his racing number.

Plaque NotesThe shape of the plaques display a unique halos encircling each one. The plaques exhibited a slight turbidity at the center and gets clearer as the plaque diffused across the plate. Additionally, the distinct diffusion patterns found inside the plaques suggested a highly migrant viral agent.
