Discovery Notes | I chose this site on Bridges Drive, Prosper in Texas due to the moist texture of the soil and heavy traffic of the location where the soil was obtained. There is a trail where people go for walks and with dogs, ride bicycles. There is also a creek by the site. |
Naming Notes | I wanted to name it stubborn, but that name is taken already. So I named it Stu001. The phage is stubborn as i had to repeat the assay several times before getting the desired results. Anyone is welcome to name another stubborn phage stu002 (if allowed) |
