Discovery NotesI chose this site on Bridges Drive, Prosper in Texas due to the moist texture of the soil and heavy traffic of the location where the soil was obtained. There is a trail where people go for walks and with dogs, ride bicycles. There is also a creek by the site.
Naming NotesI wanted to name it stubborn, but that name is taken already. So I named it Stu001. The phage is stubborn as i had to repeat the assay several times before getting the desired results. Anyone is welcome to name another stubborn phage stu002 (if allowed)
