Discovery Notes | This soil sample was collected from a garden pot outside of a campus building. My colleagues and I decided to dig deep below the surface to ensure we obtained a good soil sample. The plaques were then created through the enrichment procedure as oppose to the direct plating. The plaques formed ended up being about 1 milliliter in size and very abundant. |
Naming Notes | This phage was named after the individuals that attributed their time to this scientific process. |
