Discovery Notes | Isolated from soil in a planter at Hopewell public school where there are large sunflowers growing. Genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry. The sequence assembled into one contig of 38,309bp with 71% query cover, 95.91% identity to Shoya (FB). |
