Discovery Notes | The soil was collected from under a tree at Mooney’s Bay Park on September 16th, 2021. The soil was dark brown in color, soft and slightly moist. |
Naming Notes | This phage was named after my favorite brazilian soccer player of all time, Ronaldinho. The "-inho" suffix signifies "small" in Portuguese, which I believe was appropriate considering the tiny size of bacteriophages. |
