Lysogeny NotesAfter 24 hours, plaques are pinprick sized. After 48 hours, they grow to varied sizes, ranging from 0.5-1mm plaques with turbid halos. And after 72 hours, sizes vary even more, and plaques grow from .5mm up to 2mm.
