Discovery Notes | The soil was from between two flower plants in front of Jordan Hall (NCSU). The soil seems to be nice enough to sustain the flower plants there and get plenty of rain. |
Naming Notes | Phloris – Mixing "phage" and "floris" (Latin for flower). In the gel, my columns are 4,5,6. 4 was Hae111, 5 was Mse1, and 6 was uncut. |
