Discovery Notes | Soil was hard, frozen, and had frost on it. The color was somewhat dark but not too dark. Twigs were mixed in. This was collected during the winter time (January). Collected approximately 3 inches below the surface. Collected by Riverfront Park, about 10 ft away from Spokane river. |
