Plaque NotesThe plaques were clear and had larger concentric circles making up the outer rings to each plaque. Throughout the serial dilutions, there were usually 20-200 plaques on the 10^-6 dilution factor plate. The calculated titer was 3.5x10^9 pfu/ml. A plaque was measured to have a 5mm diameter and 13mm diameter for the outer ring.
