We are interested in the phages that infect bacteria of the phylum Actinobacteria. This page lists the hosts that we are working with, where to order them, how to get them growing, and Fact Sheets for each one. Check the phage stats on PhagesDB for our phagehunting success! The protocols in this Workflow are those used to find mycobacteriophages. For additional actinobacterial hosts, modifications are likely needed.
