Discovery NotesThe sample I collected was from a pile of plant debris. This included cut grass and a lot of dried flax. The sample in specific just had grass cuttings which were both damp on the underside of the clump of grass and very dry on the top.
Naming NotesDuring the process, I saw that my plaque morphology changed to have a halo which reminded me of a star. Luma is derived off of star-shaped creatures from super Mario bros the game that I think suits the phage perfectly.
