Plaque NotesPlaques are 2-3mm in diameter with cloudy edges. From 24hr to 48hr incubation there is some plaque diameter growth. After 24hr incubation, the plaques are 2mm in diameter, and after 48hr incubation there is more variation in size with plaques ranging from 2-3mm in diameter. After 48hr incubation, some of the plaques appear turbid, with a halo formed near the outer edge of the plaques.
