Discovery NotesFound on August 25, 2016 at 12:10 PM near Blacksburg VA. It was near the Virginia Tech Campus and the Duck Pond. I collected mud/soil. The temperature that day was 27.2 C. I dug at 2.3 cm. The soil was moist. It was next to pavement. There were humans and various animals that could have come across it. There were trees close to the stream connecting to the Duck Pond. It may have included tiny pieces of gravel.
Naming NotesI asked my roommate for suggestions and she suggested Stoop. I really enjoyed the name so I decided to name my phage that.
