| Discovery Notes | Found under a tree with dead leaves around it. There was lots of vegetation growing and it was taken from a shady area. It was 55 degrees F, when the dirt was collected. |
| Naming Notes | I was going to name my phage Sam and another phage hunter was going to name hers Dean after the Supernatural series. However Sam was too short of a name so I decided to name my phage Adam after Sam and Dean's half brother. |
