Naming NotesI named my phage Alvarez because it carries the name of the two people who have supported me the most in my life, my parents. Alvarez is their last name, and choosing it felt like the most meaningful way to honor everything they’ve done for me. They raised me, encouraged me, and stood by me through every challenge, always being my number one supporters. Naming my phage after them is my way of thanking them and keeping a part of them in this accomplishment.
