Plaque Notes | At high concentration, the plaques were approximately 1.0mm in diameter, fairly clear, and appeared to be perfectly circular. At low concentrations, phage morphology was a bulls-eye with a cloudy ring surrounding a clear center. The clear center was approximately 1.0mm in diameter, while the total diameter was approximately 2.0mm. Both the center and the ring appeared to be perfect circles to the naked eye. |
