| Plaque Notes | BeetleJuice forms a clear, circular plaque that ranges in diameter from 0.5mm-1.5mm. Multiple sizes are present but the plaque keeps a precise edge with only a small area of blurring. BeetleJuice is displayed in well 6 of restriction digest, which is the well furthest to the right. BeetleJuice was surrounded by two wells that did not fragment or travel in the gel. |
